As the founder of the Women's Dreamer Cricket Academy in Rangpur, she has been instrumental in empowering female cricketers and promoting inclusivity in the sport. Her impressive coaching career spans roles as Head Coach in prestigious tournaments like the Dhaka Mayor Cup and Dhaka First Division Women’s Cricket League, as well as team management in the Divisional Combined Women’s School Cricket Competition.
