In a rain-affected second T20, Team India secured a decisive victory over Sri Lanka, taking an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series. Sri Lanka, batting first, posted a total of 161/9, thanks to a disciplined performance by India's bowlers. Ravi Bishnoi was the standout performer, claiming 3 wickets, while Arshdeep Singh, Axar Patel, and Hardik Pandya each took 2 wickets, keeping the Sri Lankan batsmen in check.

Due to unfriendly weather conditions, the match was interrupted, and India was set a revised target of 78 runs in 8 overs according to the DLS method. Despite the challenging circumstances, India's batsmen rose to the occasion and chased down the target in just 6.3 overs, finishing at 81/3.
