Eligibility: Participants must be over 6 years of age to enroll in group coaching sessions.

Liability: gocricit will not be held responsible or liable for any accidents or incidents resulting in injuries (including severe and fatal injuries) during the coaching/training sessions. Immediate medical aid will be provided by the academy/coach in such cases.

Cricket Kit: Participants are required to bring their own complete cricket kit (including bat, pads, thigh pad, guards, gloves, helmet, etc.).

Attire: Proper cricketing attire (whites) is mandatory for all training sessions. Coaches reserve the right to modify or cancel sessions due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Group Session Schedule:

• All group sessions must be consumed within 1 month of registration.

• Classes will not be carried forward or rescheduled beyond the designated timeframe.

• If a class is scheduled on a particular date, it must be attended on the same day.

Group sessions participation: Group sessions will include other participants. Participants are expected to cooperate and maintain decorum during group activities.

Selection Disclaimer: gocricit does not guarantee the selection of participants in any tournaments.

Discipline: Coaches reserve the right to dismiss any participant for misbehavior, lack of commitment, indiscipline, or breach of academy norms. Fees paid in such cases will be forfeited.

Timelines: Participants must adhere to the schedules and guidelines communicated during the registration process.

Postponement: Participants must inform the coach at least 48 hours in advance if they wish to postpone a session.

Additional Charges: If a coach’s academy participates in a tournament, additional match-related expenses will be charged to the participant if selected.

Attendance:

• Participants absent for more than a month without prior written permission may face suspension.

• Admission will be cancelled if a participant is absent for two months. Rejoining will require payment for the period of absence or new admission, subject to availability.

Refund Policy: If the coach’s academy operations are suspended or closed for any reason, the unutilized portion of the fees will be refunded.

Valuables: gocricit and its coaches are not responsible for any loss or damage to valuables, including mobile phones, wristwatches, goggles, or cricket gear.

Consent: By making payment and/or signing the application form, parents or guardians confirm their custody and control over the participant. They acknowledge the inherent risks associated with cricket programs, agree to inform the coach of any relevant ailments/allergies, consent to emergency medical advice, and grant unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions.
