With over four years of coaching experience, Divyanshu has established himself as a key figure in cricket coaching, known for his personalized approach and commitment to excellence. Divyanshu's coaching career began with a clear mission: to nurture the next generation of cricketers by imparting the skills, discipline, and mental toughness needed to succeed in the sport. He currently serves as a coach at Shiksha Shikhar School/Sports Academy, where he has been making a significant impact since 2023. At Shiksha Shikhar, Divyanshu works closely with young athletes, helping them build a strong foundation in cricket while also instilling in them the values of teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship. Prior to his current role, Divyanshu was a coach at MEDI-CAPS International School, Rau, during the 2022-23 academic year. His time at MEDI-CAPS was marked by his ability to connect with players of all skill levels, offering tailored coaching that addressed each player’s unique needs. Over the years, Divyanshu has represented his state in cricket for three years—2012, 2014, and 2015—gaining valuable experience in high-pressure situations. His state-level experience has given him a profound understanding of the game, from tactical planning to on-field execution, which he now shares with his players. In 2019, Divyanshu was selected to play for an A-grade cricket club in Mumbai, reflecting his skill and versatility as a player. Additionally, he was selected as a standby for the DAVV Indore district university team, further highlighting his consistent performance and dedication to the sport.
