Coaching Session Guidelines
  1. Eligible applicants must be over 6 years of age.

  2. Gocricit will not be held responsible or liable for any accidents or incidents resulting in injuries (including severe and fatal injuries) during the coaching/training. Immediate medical aid will be provided by the academy/coach in such cases.

  3. Trainees must bring their own complete cricket kit (including bat, pads, thigh pad, guards, gloves, and helmet, etc.).

  4. Proper cricketing attire (whites) is mandatory for the training sessions. Gocricit coaches reserve the right to modify coaching/training sessions due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

  5. Gocricit does not guarantee the selection of trainees in any tournament.

  6. Coaches may dismiss a trainee for misbehaviour, lack of commitment, indiscipline, or breach of academy norms. In such cases, fees paid will be forfeited.

  7. Trainees must adhere to coaches guidelines and timelines. Gocricit will communicate the days, timing, and fee structure during the registration process.

  8. Trainees must inform at least 48 hours in advance if they want to postpone the session.

  9. If a coach's academy participates in a tournament, additional match expenses will be charged to the trainee if selected.

  10. Trainees absent for more than a month without prior written permission may be suspended from the sessions. Admission will be cancelled if the trainee is absent for two months. Rejoining requires payment for the period of absence or new admission with prior permission, subject to availability.

  11. If the coach’s academy operation is suspended or closed for any reason, the unutilized amount of fees will be refunded.

  12. The responsibility for any valuables, including mobile phones, wristwatches, goggles, etc., lies solely with the trainee. Coaches and its staff are not responsible for any loss of valuables or cricket gear.

  13. By making payment and/or signing the application form, parents or guardians confirm their custody and control over the trainee. They acknowledge the inherent risk of injury in the cricket program, agree to inform the coach of any relevant ailments/allergies, consent to emergency medical advice, and grant unconditional consent to the terms and conditions.
